“It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.”

“我们订的酒店房间比较大，室外有各种秋色小景，附近还有一个小湖，户外景色美丽，我们订的房间共4层，共有多个洗手间，厨房各种炊具齐全，客厅也不小，房间干净卫生，温暖舒适，缺点是酒店太大，我们晚上到达开着车转了二、三圈才找到我们的房间，次日check-out时也是找了一段时间才回到前台。”

“It was great having a bistro in the hotel. The hotel was super clean and the staff very friendly. Aaron in the bistro was very attentive to our needs. The other bistro assistant (don't know her name) was also great at taking care of the diners needs.”

“The front desk was very accommodating, offering an early arrival and a late departure. Keystone is generally quiet during off hours and I was able to keep my window open overnight. ”

“When you stay at the Hand you're steeped in western history. It's a great old town with lots of shops for unique jewelry and works of art. There are no tv's, no phones in the rooms. A big plus in my opinion. And there's hiking, fishing, shopping all in a short walk from the hotel. Even a bear spotted while I was there. Go there for a relaxing stay among friendly staff.”
