“This was the perfect home base for us and our adult children when we were not with extended family on Christmas Eve and Christmas. The rooms are smallish but comfortable and tastefully decorated. Lauren' simple and elegant Christmas touches made us feel welcome. The kitchen had everything we needed. A note for elderly guests-- there are a few features which those with less mobility may not be able to take full advantage of. The dining room and chairs are taller than traditional height. “This was a perfect place to have our family gather! Meal preparation was easy in the well organized and stocked kitchen. The extra tables and chairs in the garage made a great dining hall. The weather was extremely hot, so the pool offered wonderful relief and was very fun. We would highly recommend this lovely home!”

“Private and very clean location. King bed was SOOO comfortable to relax and sleep in. Roomy bathroom. Just like staying in a fancy hotel. If was staying longer would have preferred more than a mini fridge. Since no kitchen we made due with doing dishes in shower & sink with a small wash tub. Possibly a small utility sink in laundry storage room would be beneficial. Brought an electric griddle to make our food a few times. Otherwise a perfect location with nice views on both of the spacious……

“This was hands down our family's favorite stay of our trip (5 or 6 different places). Plenty of sleeping space for the 6 (2 adults, 2 teens, 2 kids). Kitchen was nice, though we didn't use it for much. Air conditioning worked great and main bed was nice. Couch beds were nice enough for the kids to not complain. Location was great for visiting nauvoo and being closer to groceries and such in Keokuk. Really nice stay overall!”
