“The pictures don't do this home or property justice. The home is so cosy and welcoming. The property is so large and beautiful. There’s something for everyone: a fire pit for ganging out and smores, swimming pool, fishing, sitting on the front porch to read, a game/billards room, and a large field to play in. There are plenty of supplies and dishes so you dont have to worry about any of that. It was so nice an relaxing! ”

“My family and I had an amazing time at this beautiful house. Lisa had thought of everything to make it feel like home. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed to make breakfast and other meals if we wanted. We loved the fresh duck eggs from Pansy and Petunia and the supplies for the s'mores. Such a sweet surprise. Lisa was so communicative and so kind to our whole family. My kids loved feeding the animals with her in the mornings. The porch had an amazing view and it was so……

“Gracieland farm was such a nice, quiet, and fun place to stay! The property was so pretty with an array of animals to see, especially birds. The pool was where we spent most of our time because it was HOT!! The covered porch area is nice too. Only about 15 minutes to shopping and food. The caverns weren’t too much farther. Main Street is a cute place also. Mary was very accommodating and we absolutely loved our stay!”

Outdoor amenities like walking trails, a fire pit, a dining area, and beautiful views. Outstanding property, only 10 minutes to Culpeper and 20 minutes from Warrenton.”

“We fell in love with The Mill House at Ragged Ridge from the listing on line. In person, the house did NOT disappoint! Beautifully renovated but maintaining that old farmhouse charm while offering modern amenities at the same time. The bedrooms were comfortable and the main living spaces were well-appointed and easy to use. Our host, Liz, was very helpful during our stay and answered questions we had very promptly. “This was our second trip to Luray, first was about 6 years ago. The location is just where we wanted to be, in the country. Lots of Deer and Turkey were just next door and the Skyline Drive was only a few miles away, so riding my motorcycle to and from was a piece of cake. The house has everything you need and was so relaxing we didn't want to leave. I can't say enough about this property and we can't wait to come back!!”
