“Our stay at the cottage was excellent. Check-in was easy and the location was perfect for our family as we were there to visit the caverns. The beds were comfortable and the game room was a nice addition to keep our kids busy. The cottage is in close proximity to restaurants, fast food, and grocery store/market. We forgot a few items and it was nice to run to Walmart quickly to pick a few things up. I'm not sure if this is typical, but I would advise on your bringing your own loofah or……

“This property is beautifully decorated and well maintained. It is also very quiet. The kitchen is fully equipped. I would recommend this property as a lovely quiet retreat. It is less than a mile from the Apple house. ”

“We had a great time at the Olive Branch! The room was well outfitted, tastefully decorated with lots of flourishes and a very comfortable bed. It took a few minutes to figure out how to lock the door when we left, but we got it. Oddly the shower had a cloth shower curtain, but no liner. We were able to use it anyway, but either made a soggy bottom if it was inside the shower, or a wet floor if we left it out. There is a powerful fan in the bathroom that helped us to dry things out, so it wasn’t……

“Everything is new and very clean, and I would stay again!! The location is great, walking distance to Main St shops and restaurants. The apartment is on the second floor, accessed by a long flight of stairs. This is not a problem for our party, but it is important to know if you have mobility issues.”

“Very basic amenities. No shampoo or soap. No extra towels or trash bags. If your house accomodates 6 people, the kitchen should have enough to cook for 6 (only small pans, no casserole dishes, etc). Some things were dirty and filter needed replacing in the water system in fridge, and the hand soap in the downstairs bath was filled with water. Other soap containers refilled with different soap, so hard to tell ingredients for allergies. I will say the house is close to a lot of things in Luray……

“I had a very nice week visiting family. The basement apt. was very clean and comfortable. The only difficulty was on street parking in a crowded neighborhood however, I never had to park more than a block away from the property. It is close to town snd shopping and I will recommend them to friends and family. ”
