“The check in process was smooth. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The pillows were actually very comfortable (a big deal to me). The breakfast was good. Lots of option. The staff was very friendly. ”

“Our room was great, the staff was friendly, and the non-smoking portion of the casino was wonderful. The only thing that I didn't understand or appreciate was putting a guest with a small hyperactive child in the room directly above us (on floor 5), whoever allowed this was wrong. ”

“There is the old, original lodge built in the 1920s, which we stayed in and was very charming. They also have newer wings with more up to date amenities. There are lots of trails easily accessible from the lodge that feature old growth rain forests covered in moss. These woods are just as magnificent as the Hoh Rainforest, and far less crowded. ”
