“Awesome for our family in DC for our son’s wedding! Had everything we needed. AC was nice and cool. Bathrooms had supplies and plenty of towels. Kitchen had all appliances needed. Only suggestion would be to add some box fans for noise and air movement at night. Great spot for a big family!!”

“We loved the convenient location to my daughter’s college. The rental was super clean & cute. There was an issue with the noise from upstairs renters, but when contacted the owner it was addressed. The beds were not comfortable but everything was clean and included what we needed for our stay. The parking was a little tricky, there was 2 off street parking spots on a first come basis, but the two cars that were parked in them never left the entire 5days we were there. “We traveled with out teens to visit DC, and we loved this property and the neighborhood. We are big rail fans, and the Metro was very easy to use and access and got us where we needed to go. We took the owner's advice and had groceries delivered, easy peasy. The flat had all the amenities we needed, including some spices and oils and a FABULOUS assortment of coffee and teas to make in the morning. So nice. And the washer and dryer were appreciated, especially after getting caught in afternoon……

“The condo was exactly as described in the listing. Communication with the host was excellent as they were very responsive to any questions I had. The neighborhood was very safe and close to many restaurants and the metro. The only downside was that it was noisy at night as it was a busy neighborhood.I would suggest wearing earplugs while sleeping. The condo was also small, but that was described accurately in the listing. The bed was very comfortable and the Internet and everything worked……
