“The cabin was very nice and putting the boat in right by the dock was great! No need to go to a boat landing. Right on the chain to stop at bars with great food! Renting a pontoon was easy too.”

“Very private setting and extremely quiet. On dead end road and very little traffic. The small lake is a gem, particularly because there are no motorboats. Access to hiking, including in the Sylvania Wilderness, is a real plus. For folks looking for a true northwoods getaway free from noise, traffic and crowds and surrounded by natural beauty, this place qualifies.”

“The home was very nicely updated. Close to town and grocery store. We loved the view of the lake. We had a fire two nights and it was very peaceful. It just needs a deep clean. Ceiling fans were caked with dust, so much so my Mom couldn't stay there because she is highly sensitive to dust. She had to call a cousin to stay with. Also, beds were not that comfortable for 2 people to sleep in. Coffee pot and some glasses need replacing. ”

“Stay was a blast overall. House was very clean, layout great. Fireplace was welcome when it was six below. Kitchen well-stocked except lacking any spices save salt. Manager told me health regs preclude condiments being left, which is a first for any of us. Nice to have access to lake where we walked out and talked with ice fishermen. Drive is steep so you need four-wheel drive in winter. Only complaint about furnishings is LR sectional, which all agreed was in need of replacement. Also would be……
