“We gathered from out of state for a family reunion. There were 33 of us total. Overall we had a great stay. Things worth mentioning is that the pool was much smaller than we thought, we did have a little trouble with showers for our large group as those were limited in number, and it would have been great if they had a safety gate for the stairs as we had some little ones with us. Other than that, the cabin was perfect. Clean, roomy, we'll stocked. We really appreciated the AC, hot tub, fire……

“My family and I stayed here for a few days for a High School fishing tournament on Dale Hollow. We could not have been more pleased. The home was immaculate and fully stocked with everything we needed. It was located just a short drive away from Sunset Marina (where we were launching from). Had a new HVAC that kept us comfortable. We loved the big wrap around deck. Our two teen boys had plenty of space as well. There was a big circle driveway that made it easy to get the boat in and out. ……

“Really clean, carport with electric, the house is furnished with almost anything you could need. And the cookies were absolutely delicious. Great place to stay, I will be back.”

“This home was off the beaten path in wonderful setting over looking the valley with views of dale hollow lake and forest! Very peaceful and quiet with the amenities of a large home with plenty of room to have your on space if you wish or gather and enjoy your company! The full deck was very enjoyable to sit and enjoy the view! If you wish to cook or eat away there are 2-3 restaurants within 20 minutes to enjoy! The people in this area are very down to home and nice! Came down to play golf at the……

“Everything went well with the house. It was clean, the hot water and all the appliances worked well. With it next to the lake, it worked well for the boat and swimming and fishing. ”

“Rented for a 30 person family reunion. 7 of us stayed here and it was fabulous. Other houses were at cedar hill and campers at the dam. we rented a pontoon from Dale Hollow for 3 days. It was all so close and so easy. Memories that will last forever. Kitchen was FULLY equipped plus a charcoal grill. An amazing porch for watching the rain storms pass over the lake. The star gazing was stunning. House was clean and smelled clean! Very responsive hosts!”

“It's a great house to stay at. Everything was easy to find and in working order. It was also so nice to have all the little extra details (coffee pods, makeup wipes, plenty of towels, hair dryer, etc.). We traveled from out of town for a funeral and it was great to have things we didn't remember (coffee) and not have to worry about finding it last minute.”

“Was a very quiet area,good games in the home,boat ramp 1/2mile away. The trail to the lake is down the road and we never found it,if bringing a boat theres not easy accessible patking for it.all in all was a good place to stay,not alot to do in the area!”
