“其實酒店房間很好，基本上沒有唔好既地方！ 但一到步check in 的時候，突然停電，等左一陣就回復正常。 點知我地出左去一陣回來，在大堂的時候，職員告知停電，要等兩個鐘才有電，房間沒有冷氣。好彩的是，房間還有冷氣的餘溫，未至於感覺熱，但所有電器用品，我地都不能充電。 我地等了兩個鐘，都還未有電，但好彩夜晚食完晚飯返黎，就有返電了。 ”

“Good location good service ”

“Safe in room didn't work at first but got it settled later after staff passed us two sets of keys to reset (poor service). Not much of a welcome. An old-style accommodation, cosy but frills-less. Pool is really small. ”

“For a budget travel, this is a good option. Location near around the old town area, easy to go by foot. Hotel looks new and keep in good condition, however the overall design is quite strange, such as reception at 20/F, Clothes closet indide the toilet, Soap dispenser placed next to electrical socket. Hotel staff is normal, good but not outstanding. Breakfast is ok, taste not match to me. Overall, its worth to stay with the price. ”

“整體都好好，唯一需要改善是浴簾有味道，令到入房間時有噏味。建議每次更換 ”

“歷史建築改建成的酒店，有很好的融合住宿設施，入住特色房間體驗很特別”

“櫃台服務人員好客有禮、樂於解答各種問題。房間乾淨、明亮。附近食肆林立、有不少食熟檔，義香餅店、萬香餅店也在附近。”

“優勢一是附近轉左有一個小型商場，地下有一間超市及類似萬寧，上層無店開門；二是附近有個户外food court之類，12馬幣一隻中小型海南雞髀；轉右行15分鐘見到The Top, 那裡有2個商場，這一帶頗舊，較髒有乞丐。亦見有個巴士總站。三是可以讓我提早1hour (check in)入住. 缺點：一入房就發現個熱水壺是壞的，幸好立即有人送上一個新的。二是熱水供應不足，我住3晚，第一晚用花灑來熱水澡，10-15分鐘後就變涼了，第二晚就只有幾分鐘熱水供應，最後一晚就更加沒有熱水供應。洗手盆水龍頭撥左求熱水供應，出水線狀，又慢又少水，總之沒有熱水。 ”

“The staff there were super friendly and helpful just like expected, I love the pre dinner drink session and 24hours lounge. Understanding the house is a vintage property, the structure condition may not as good as the new built, however some of the hardware facilities were slightly disappointed. Like the bathing robe, and bed sheets. In general it was a present stay and definitely will revisit Penang. ”

“房間設施幾好，但是隔音非常差，樓上拉椅子聲音非常剌耳，早上７時多或晚上都聽到鄰近房間說話聲。”

“員工有禮，熱心服務。設施充足，環境潔淨。地點方便，容易找到。面對街道的房間比較嘈吵，早餐食物量有時不足。”
