“Hose to shower head wand leaked and sprayed water everywhere. ”

“The bathroom was extremely small”

“Hotel was ok. Room was extremely small but in ok condition. Problem was multiple people sitting in there cars after dark smoking pot. You could smell it as soon as you opened the hotel door. Then we noticed the multiple cars with people just sitting in the cars with smoke rolling out the windows. ”

“The staff there were so kind. They were patient for us having a late check out without feeling like we were being hounded. The bed was comfortable and TV was big. Clean room also. ”

“The Hotel was so clean amd the staff was friendly, caring, and always around to see if we needed anything. The rooms were also great! Really the only complaint I have if I had to have one would be the be was a little hard, but most people tend to like them a little firm.”

“The hotel is a great place to stay. However we were overwhelmed by the amount of rude children AND their rude parents. Yelling screaming and general littering. That was from the parents hanging out in the lobby. The kids were running around with no parental control whatsoever (the parents were too busy yelling a screaming amongst each other to bother to parent the kids. They left bottles and other debris all over the lobby and were just plain jerks to the rest of the guests. ”

“Stayed here to attend concert at Alliance center. The skywalk to the Center was great and very convenient. Hotel room nice with comfortable bed. Quiet. ”
