“Place was well stocked. The pool temperature was perfect. Neighborhood is very quiet and easy to get to stores ”

“We enjoyed our stay at the mermaid retreat. The common areas are spacious and cozy. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and we very much enjoyed the kayaks, lanai and dock. Just a short paddle away from the river where we could paddle up towards the state park. Saw several manatees on our journey. The neighbors are friendly and quiet. Very peaceful overall. ”

“Our rental was from 1/1/25 - 3/31/25. It was not only disappointing but turned out to be very stressful. The place appeared to be clean but on further observation we encountered dirt buildup in varies corners and along the walls. Lighting at the front door didn't work. we could not get into the garage for several days and when we did get in there was not remote. The TV in the guest room did not work and eventually the TV in the master BR stopped working. The furniture in the MBR was damaged and……

“It would be fine for a short stay, certainly not a long stay as we did. The apt. Was a renovated garage attached to the homeowners home. We had no outside space at all. We did not have any outside space. The apt. had no windows. Very claustrophobic. The only window in the place was a small one in the entrance door. It was clean but very small. I really doubt we would go this route again.”

“Cute little cottage on the bay. Was great for one night. Beds weren't very comfortable and there was no way to get to a beach because the park was closed. But the porch was great for coffee in the morning, kitchen was well stocked, and had everything we needed for a quick stop over. ”

“The house was nice and located on a canal where you could catch fish. We were a large group of 6 people, and we love to cook.There was a grill outside and we were able to use that.The only issue was the floors weren't clean like we would like, so we wore our shoes in the house :-)”
