“One word---dirty”

“This is a great budget motel. It's small and the rooms are small, but it's very clean and quiet. It's right next door to a Mexican restaurant that you can just walk to. There are a couple other restaurants in walking distance as well. Staff was very friendly. They have a small grab-n-go breakfast in the motel office: Coffee, orange juice, pastries, and yogurt. It's also a dog friendly motel. If you need a clean, quiet, budget friendly room, I highly recommend Relax Inn!”

“Hannah was such a good communicator and so helpful for my husband and I… We were in Ashland to visit friends and it was such a great place to be. So centrally located but also spacious and clean and beautiful… We would stay there anytime and hope to stay there again”

“We did a last minute trip to Ashland to see a few plays this past weekend. Susan and Adam the owners were wonderful hosts and very friendly. We left early in the AM of our check out date and was going to miss the scheduled 9am breakfast. Susan and Adam had a to go plate of the pastry being served that morning along with some berries to take on our drive home. This was a very nice surprise. We plan to go back and stay with them again,. ”

“Our stay was so peaceful and relaxing. We stayed in Lodge room 1 and enjoyed a drink outside at the mercantile/ restaurant. The setting is beautiful. There is no television or wifi in the room which was great for reconnecting. The Jacuzzi tub is in it's own little alcove in the room which I thought was a nice touch. There was a lovely little coffee and tea station in the room with half and half singles stored in the refrigerator. The bed was really comfortable and I loved the pillows so much……

“Nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable. Can’t beat the location for walking to downtown, Lithia Park, shops, restaurants and, of course, the theaters. They even had an ev charger for our car, but after we charged it, we parked it and didn’t drive for the next 3 days.”

“This is our go to hotel when staying in Ashland. The staff is friendly and always accommodating. It is an easy walk to downtown, the theater, Lithia Park, and lots of good restaurants nearby.”
