“I booked Austin’s property back in October for the week after Christmas. We attempted to add an additional day to our reservation, and tried for 2 months to get in contact with Austin. A week before our stay he sent an invoice for the additional day he never confirmed. Then he cancelled our entire reservation the day before, without any notice, claiming the house was flooded.
