“This was one of the best Inn’s we’ve stayed in. Elizabeth was so pleasant and warm and the room was perfect. I couldn’t find a single thing that I would have changed or I was not happy with. She has everything you need and it was so comfortable. The area is safe and close to everything. ”
“Warm atmosphere, Beautiful views, and convenient to the Logan Airport, yet no noise. The owner and staff are accomodating and attentive. We stayed one night and had a beautiful comfortable room. They even let us check in early because the room was ready. Excellent service!”
"I haven't used anything since checking in. The bathtub is clogged and infested with mosquitoes. The windowsills and tables in the room are dusty, as if no one has stayed and hasn't cleaned them in ages. The refrigerator also doesn't work. After reporting the situation, we were told we would get a full refund. However, a month has passed and I haven't received one. I contacted the hotel, and they said they'd already processed the refund and told me to check with my bank. I went to the bank and asked the manager to check, but they also said there was no refund. I think this hotel is deceptive. If I had a five-star review, I wouldn't give it a single star. It's terrible. If there was a complaint number, I would definitely file a complaint with this hotel, not just the Hilton. It's worse than an average hotel. It's ridiculous."
"Friendly staff. The room can be very dark and good for sleep. Room is clean and spacious. The only waffle machine is working too hard and difficult to get in cue. Overall great experience."
