“Perfect place to stay for our first time visiting Salem. We were able to do a lot of walking since we were so close to Essex St. The house was nice and clean. Plenty of bathrooms, which was definitely a bonus. Loved that we didn't have to park on the street. We had absolutely no issues during our stay. I would highly recommend to anyone! ”

“The property was in the perfect location! We enjoyed being able to park and walk to everything. Everything we could have possibly needed was provided. “Our stay was great! Check-in was very easy and the hosts were there to meet us. The apartment was very clean. Diana does not give herself enough credit with the amenities and supplies that are provided. Plenty of sheets, blanket and towels as well as bath products and cleaning products if you need them. “Beautiful stay in Gloucester. Check-in was a breeze and the house was well equipped and clean. Linens were plentiful: plenty of towels, extra blankets and pillows. Pat was a wonderful host and provided great instructions on accessing the home and parking. He even shared a weather alert when a large storm was approaching. It was like staying with family. Highly recommend. ”

"I haven't used anything since checking in. The bathtub is clogged and infested with mosquitoes. The windowsills and tables in the room are dusty, as if no one has stayed and hasn't cleaned them in ages. The refrigerator also doesn't work. After reporting the situation, we were told we would get a full refund. However, a month has passed and I haven't received one. I contacted the hotel, and they said they'd already processed the refund and told me to check with my bank. I went to the bank and asked the manager to check, but they also said there was no refund. I think this hotel is deceptive. If I had a five-star review, I wouldn't give it a single star. It's terrible. If there was a complaint number, I would definitely file a complaint with this hotel, not just the Hilton. It's worse than an average hotel. It's ridiculous."
