“The Quiet Single Family House was the perfect place to stay for our group of a mom and 3 college-aged girls. We had plenty of space, the home was very clean and comfortable, and we were central to everything we wanted to do in the area. The neighborhood was peaceful and it wasn’t far to restaurants and grocery stores. The homeowner was a great source of information on things to do in the area as well as very responsive to any questions I had. I’d definitely rent from her again. We had a……

“Very nice place, clean but very noisy, neighbors loud, lots of banging until well into the night. The beds were hard which we had seen from other reviews but we brought foam toppers and made a big difference. The living room furniture was also not the most comfortable and not a lot of spots for people to sit and relax. Loved having off street parking and location was good with convenience store and Dunkin in walking distance.”

“We stayed in Salem to celebrate my daughters 30th birthday and Salem was on her wish list. The property was clean, roomy for all of us, in a quiet neighborhood and home... So very close to all the things we wanted to see and easy to get to. HIGHLY recommend this property for those with families and groups!!”

“This was a great little property! Super close walk to the beach and the host was really accommodating and a great communicator. We even had a small issue and he came and dropped off a gift card for us to a local Cafe! Would recommend! ”

“We all absolutely loved this home. It was the coziest place we have ever stayed. And the location and view were unbelievable, being right on the coast. We read the reviews ahead of time and knew it was an older home, which added to the charm for us. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Excellent room condition. Excellent location. I stay there for 7 nights. Very cozy’s and convenient. However, I barely got the response for my request for housekeeping. The mail of customer service isn’t to serve customers, but for the administration announcing room inspection or filter changing. I wrote several messages and got no response at all.”
