“Our stay in Beacon Hill was fabulous. Check in and communication with our host was flawless. David was quick to respond to all our questions and requests. The location was ideal. Two main subway lines were within 2-5 minute walk for longer destinations and we were able to walk to everything else. Small groceries, numerous restaurants, etc. We certainly had a memorable vacation and enjoyed our stay in David’s rental. ”

“I took my roommate Beth of 9 years and her best friend Corey who both have intellectual disabilities and some mobility issues. We required a first floor easy access place to stay. The location was great. The space was very cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. Communications with the owners was spot on and we had a great stay. “This is a lovely place to stay when visiting Rockport. It is easily accessed, has great parking, and is near (many of them are just walking distance away) the local shops and restaurants. The unit was spotless, the kitchen has all you need to make a meal, and the accommodations are very comfortable. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful place to relax and enjoy your stay in the area.”

“I didn’t mind the small 15 minute walk to get the keys. The listers were very responsive and even called me once when I didn’t do the check in process to see how I was doing. The bed was hard, but the location was FABULOUS. I would defiantly stay again, but bring blankets or an air mattress for the hard bed. ”

“A great location, convenient to all the places we needed to go! It was a little tight for 3 adults but we made it work since we weren't there but to sleep. The shower was hot and the A/C kept it cool and drowned out the street noise. They could use a luggage rack in the closet as all our stuff was laid out on the floor or table. Also, replace all the cheap broken hooks with something more sturdy so we can hang towels. Would stay again if we went back to Boston.”

“Another commenter said small bathroom which is correct. Very small! But still good running water and shower overall. Also the commenter said the bed and sheets are very nice. Yes. Very nice! We were in back of apartment house and so city noise very very little. I am less certain if we were in the front as it faces near the freeway. But this is a great place and well located.”

"I haven't used anything since checking in. The bathtub is clogged and infested with mosquitoes. The windowsills and tables in the room are dusty, as if no one has stayed and hasn't cleaned them in ages. The refrigerator also doesn't work. After reporting the situation, we were told we would get a full refund. However, a month has passed and I haven't received one. I contacted the hotel, and they said they'd already processed the refund and told me to check with my bank. I went to the bank and asked the manager to check, but they also said there was no refund. I think this hotel is deceptive. If I had a five-star review, I wouldn't give it a single star. It's terrible. If there was a complaint number, I would definitely file a complaint with this hotel, not just the Hilton. It's worse than an average hotel. It's ridiculous."
