“Just blocks to all the North End restaurants and sites. Unit is clean and comfortable and as advertised. It is a one bedroom studio, largish hotel room size. Very clean and modern. Ground floor so no view but gets some light. Kuerig coffee maker, but need to bring or buy pods. Well appointed kitchen but no salt, pepper or anything, but we knew this from previous reviews. No parking but found parking nearby on spot hero. Definitely paying for location and clean modern accommodation. Would come……

“Historic home — Lovely, spacious, immaculate, within a few minutes walk of Lower Beach, Shalin Lu music center, lots of dining, scenic downtown harborside. We didn’t need our car for the length of our 3-day stay, then found on-street parking (4 for 4 hours) to extend our stay in Rockport for another afternoon.”

“Only I can complain about is parking. Impossible on a Sunday afternoon got A 50 ticket while moving our stuff into the place. SHAME on Rockport for exploiting the elderly! METER PERSON”

“Great central location! Tiny but super !would come back . Great food , bars, brewery , breakfast at our doorstep. By the park too!”

“A great location, convenient to all the places we needed to go! It was a little tight for 3 adults but we made it work since we weren't there but to sleep. The shower was hot and the A/C kept it cool and drowned out the street noise. They could use a luggage rack in the closet as all our stuff was laid out on the floor or table. Also, replace all the cheap broken hooks with something more sturdy so we can hang towels. Would stay again if we went back to Boston.”

“I didn’t mind the small 15 minute walk to get the keys. The listers were very responsive and even called me once when I didn’t do the check in process to see how I was doing. The bed was hard, but the location was FABULOUS. I would defiantly stay again, but bring blankets or an air mattress for the hard bed. ”

“This rental is in a great location. It is walking distance to downtown Rockport with all the shops and restaurants. It also has beach access to Old Garden Beach, just a 5-minute walk down Caleb's Lane. The unit is clean and accommodating. My boyfriend and I were very comfortable here and we would stay again.”

“ive stayed in boston a lot. this is by far my favorite location ive stayed. the north end is my favorite area of boston and this unit is RIGHT in the heart of it. it was perfect for the two of us. very clean, very comfortable, and the property manager was excellent to communicate with. i hope this is available every time i stay in the city!”

“This place would be a lot better in the summer when the town is actually open. Not really their fault for that but it would have been nice to have had a heads up that the town was completely dead this time of year. The space is renovated nicely. You can tell whoever did it knew what they were doing. Shower is a little on the small end. At 5'10 and 200 lb I could barely fit in it. Something to keep in mind for larger guests. All in all, for the price, this was a great stay.”
