“Spacious home with all the desirable vacation amenities. The house was large enough for a gathering of at least 10 people if not more. There are only two bathrooms despite having 5 bedrooms, so keep that in mind. The property seemed to be designed with a “man cave” focus, minus a pool table; large TVs in every room with a grand outdoor kitchen. We could not wait until sunrise to see the beautiful views on top of the mountain. I would caution that a good vehicle is needed to get up to the house……

“Five of us were signed up to do the Humboldt 1/2 marathon and 5k. We were so happy to find a house with 2 bathrooms as most listings in the area showed only one. We are an adventurous group and didn’t mind the trek to the house in the dark. For those less bold arrival in daylight might be recommended . “We had a nice stay at this Vrbo. Great place to get right on the Avenue of the Giants, which is a beautiful drive. The house had what we needed. There is a small grocery store nearby which can give you all the basics. Beds were comfortable and I appreciated there were plenty of towels in the bathroom. “We really enjoyed our stay at this mountain hill home. So clean and comfortable. It was equipped with the necessary high speed wi-fy as well as 2 smart tvs. We did have a couple of issues that were quickly resolved by the owner and property manager as communication with them was excellent. The mountain and valley views from the front porch was magnificent. This was our second stay at this home and will definitely request it again in the future trips!”

As I enjoyed the amenities, I found just what I wanted, the right kind of tea, the oils I prefer, the cappuccino machine, good speakers for music, , the golf cart with a rain cover so we could enjoy the gorgeous outdoor when it sprinkled.And then my kids didn’t leave that basketball court and they were happy to find basketballs there/c theirs popped.
