“The property is exactly as advertised on the listing. It’s very secluded and quiet. It was the perfect place to spend a quiet relaxing weekend with my wife. The redwoods are a 10 minute drive away and we got some great hiking in. There is a town close by but it’s tiny and doesn’t have much for services do pack appropriately. The owner is very nice and responsive to messages. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. ”

Only slight complaint is all the beds feel like basically the same fairly hard foam which I didn’t really like, but otherwise it was an almost perfect stay. “An absolutely lovely property with very nice hosts. Our group of ten took turns cooking with the impressive kitchen, and after having tried almost every appliance we can confidently say they all worked excellently and are clearly well maintained. The road up to the house can be a little tricky, and I would recommend vehicles that can manage steep inclines and have a bit of clearance.I would have appreciated a more detailed inventory of available cookware and dishes, as we ended up bringing……
