“We travelled as a group of 4 and was surprised with our room from approaching the outside to arriving inside. The space that it offered the cleanliness and inroom facilities. Very pleased with our booking and will certainly stay again.”

“Cheap and cheerful ”

“All was good ,apart from the shower kept tripping ,but was assured would be rectified. Loved the fact of having fresh eggs .The manager was extremely helpful. Could not fault anything else whatsoever. ”

“A little tucked away - so be aware not to drive by it quickly on the A55. Staff were excellent and the Burger King next door was great - the food was yummy (better than other BK's I've been too). Ideal location for onward trips to North Wales”

“Interesting location”

“I cannot fault this hotel. My partner and I had a lovely two-night stay. We opted for a classic double room and (unlike other standard double rooms I’ve stayed in, where you can barely move around the bed) it was a great sized room with a huge bed. Our stay included breakfast and it was very good - hot buffet and also cold bits (ham, cheese, yoghurt and fruit, croissants, etc) - something for everyone. Restaurant 32A was so good we had two dinners and a lunch there - the food was really good,……

“Great staff on the front desk. Great location. Large size room, clean linen, bathroom, kitchen and sitting space. Skirting boards dusty. Easy lift. Good parking. Tight but fits perfectly when everyone is parked properly. ”

“Pleasant room in the centre of Chester. /it was a little noisy, but only what was to be expected on a Saturday night in a city centre! Bed was comfortable, and room was clean. There is only one minor concern: We were given one key, which opened the front door, the door to the room's entrance, and our room door. Does this mean others can also use their key to access other rooms? Not sure... There is a safe provided, so for this reason, I'd use it for any valuables left in the room! ”
