“住宿四天，第一天因為接駁車沒有聯繫妥當，結果飯店沒有派接駁車來接，聯繫計程車也沒有來，讓我們和另一個科隆來的德國人在雪夜裡走二公里。儘管事前沒有聯繫妥當(坐火車從丹麥到柏林，哪裡會知道火車站到機場需要多久時間?我請櫃檯人員預估，但他說他不知道)我一到火車站立即打電話，到了捷運站再次打電話，但是櫃台人員卻都置之不理，當我們風塵僕僕到了旅館，問他為什麼不來接我們，(他應該是擔心被主管罵)一直說他有給我計程車電話，但計程車根本拒載。隔天預定接駁車時，還被他(晚班人員)酸說[希望你不要遲到]，第三天，甚至忘了幫我安排早上接駁到捷運的車子。 但是白天值班的櫃台人員十分親切，儘管他們的英文不如晚班人員流利，卻讓人感到舒服。 交通真的很不方便，尤其是雪夜裡要等待接駁車來接駁，真的令人冷到四肢發顫。捷運站裡也沒有遮蔽的空間可讓旅客覺得暖和些。 除了有一天馬桶沒有刷乾淨之外，旅館的設備很新穎，備品也很齊全。鄰近飛機場的噪音聽得很清楚，不過不至於影響睡眠。如果是特價，很值得一住。”

“Rigtigt godt placeret hotel i centrum af Berlin ud til Gendarmenmarkt. Mulighed for indendørs parkering. Lækker morgenbuffet. Lidt uddateret indretningsstil. ”

“靠近柏林車站，交通、購物便利。浴室淋浴花灑水溫會忽冷忽熱，水壓不足。枕頭只提供一個且太軟太薄，蓋被不夠柔軟，睡覺不舒適。”

“有超棒的公共空間，房間裡的廚具設備非常完善，浴室和床櫃空間都很棒，還附有洗衣機烘衣機，一次洗烘只要五歐，櫃檯還會給兩顆洗衣球，超棒。離車站走路6分鐘而已，路上還有 dm ，非常適合多住幾天。”

“It is a nicely decorated hotel right next to berlins public square where classical concerts take place in the summer. Unfortunate for us the square has been boarded up for renovation. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable. The staff served us well. ”

“Sly Berlin is a stylish hotel located in the vibrant Friedrichshain area. The design is chic, and the atmosphere is inviting. I was surprised to find that there is no refrigerator in the rooms, which I guess it’s common for hotels in Berlin. The sauna is a lovely feature, providing a relaxing experience. I encountered an issue with some electrical noise in my room, but the staff were very helpful. They promptly assisted me in resolving the problem by moving me to a different room, which greatly……

“Perfect find, lovely new Hotel with courteous, friendly and knowledgeable staff. We needed restaurant recommendation and the suggestion of Jafo was spot on. 10 minute walk from hotel. Otherwise, the neighborhood is a bit rundown with lots of trash and neglected public parks. There is a canal nearby with a restaurant ship. ”

“Das Zimmer hatte alles, was man für ein paar Tage Geschäftsreise braucht. Bequemes Bett und nah am Flughafen. Frühstück hatte ich keines, wird aber angeboten.”

“優點：1.早餐有炒飯超好吃👍可以跟現場工作人員問有沒有rice？他們會特別製作很好吃的炒飯！這對亞洲人真是大加分！2.床上有兩張棉被，可以讓兩個人都各自獨立睡好覺、不會搶棉被！3.服務態度很好，晚上在房間煮晚餐，沒有刀跟大湯匙，可以跟一樓櫃台講，他們會到廚房拿給你，而且還會跟你說用完再拿下來即可～不用洗！真貼心👍4.離車站超近是主要優點！ 缺點：沒有室內拖鞋，要特別跟櫃檯人員要，還不一定會有。2.房間內沒有衣櫥，掛鉤不夠多，還好櫃檯有新的毛巾跟浴巾，可以直接拿到櫃檯換新的，不必擔心弄髒沒浴巾，衣服也可以到一樓洗烘，但是要投幣。3.浴室熱水會過冷過熱，尤其是晚上7-9點的熱門時段，晚點洗就好一點⋯”
