“Visiting relatives that live just outside of Delaware. It was a quick drive to them and then we had our own space at night which was very nice. Great location to downtown and very clean too. We will book again next time we’re in town!”

“Very nice area, quiet & clean condo. Only issue was no coffee pot & no rear entry from parking lot. There was a espresso style machine, but when I ran it, small pieces of metal came out, so we didn't use it. There is a place to park out front on the street, but if you park in the back, there isn't access into garage, so we had to walk around to get in. Other than that, I highly recommend this VRBO location.”

“Stayed at this wonderful apartment for 8 nights during Congress because it’s 1.5 miles away. Brought my dog who loved the extra room and grassy areas. At first I was a little worried about the neighborhood but after a day I was totally at ease and loved that the Kroger is directly across the street! Previous guest left the tv I’m French but the owner promptly fixed that. Will dry stay here next year”
