“Pretty neighborhood, decent apartment but with a bar on the block there was a steady stream of drunk people yelling till at least 2 pm. Then cars reving their engines till 3. Top that with the hard bed and worse couch and we got very little sleep. Place would be good for those looking to hit the bars on Short North but not for those wanting rest”

“I stayed at Tom's rental for about a week while I was working up in Columbus recently. It was exactly as advertised. Nice, newly updated kitchen, and comfortable room and living quarters. This apartment is in the middle of town, so if you have a hard time sleeping with outside noise, you might need to sleep in the living room. Other than that, everything is positive except one tiny detail. The hot water pressure in the shower needs to be addressed. It definitely works, and the water is decently……

“The house was as advertised: clean, variety of games in the basement, large kitchen island for plenty of seating, and comfortable bedrooms upstairs. We had a great time in Columbus going to the zoo and COSI. The house was located relatively close to those places and we were able to rest in a nice house together. ”

“The house was immaculate, lots of little helpful details as well, from a binder of information to items like toothpaste if you forgot your own, and snacks (which made my college student immensely happy). If anything was amiss, the property owner responded immediately. You can see Smith Hall from the porch so that was a huge plus! I wish check in was a bit earlier than 4 pm. We will definitely be back again. ”

“This was a nice place to stay for a few days. A nice fenced in yard for my dog and the neighborhood was also great for walks. It was a quiet area, but close to everything. House had all the basic necessities.”
