“This property was EXACTLY as pictured and promised. The kitchen was very well stocked, sleeping quarters were large and comfortable, and great room area was able to easily accommodate our large group. The outdoor area was inviting and you couldn’t beat the gorgeous view of the lake! This property was a winner for us!!”

“This house and property were perfect for our stay. Centrally located in Brewster, ten minutes from everything we wanted to do - restaurants, beaches, bike rentals and the rail trail, and shopping. The house was great, clean and roomy. We loved the sun room and spent most of time in it. We will likely stay here again!”

“This is a totally lovely house with stupendous grounds; the week there went too quickly and was fully enjoyed by three generations in our family. Spacious, comfortable indoors, welcoming screened-in porch, meals outside, frisbee and all manner of games on the huge lawn, with minutes stolen to take in the view of salt marsh and bay. All that plus access to the path to the bay! ”
