“The service was super helpful from the valet to the reception area. Hotel has a Starbucks inside and the coffee was great as well. The room was super spacious and clean, I would def recommend staying there and walking the downtown area specially at night so much to see and near restaurants and shopping stores”

“worst customer service ever，kick me out at midnight，stupid reason is my visa card doesnt have chip on it. And that card I have done the payment at first day when I was checking in. They just told me that they make a mistake for using this card and 3days later they wanna fix it then ask me to leave the hotel. And talk in a really mean way. The manager was sitting in her office all time and doesn’t even wanna show up to solve the problem until I was almost freaking out at the front desk. Then i……

“Had a disappointing experience with the valet service. When I arrived and gave my last name, the valet repeatedly questioned it and made me spell it several times, while giving me a very dismissive and judgmental look. It felt like my name was being treated as strange or unacceptable. This kind of behavior made me feel deeply disrespected as a guest. A hotel of this level should ensure that all staff treat people with equal courtesy and professionalism, regardless of their name or background.”

“Clean rooms, friendly staff, great valet service. It was affordable as well, hopefully the prices stay that way lol. But I loved it, it really was a nice stay”
