Will be booking my next Galveston trip coming up soon and this will be our chosen Hotel!!!!! ”

“The room smelled very musty. The tiles were broke in the vanity area and came up when we stepped on them. We were only left with one towel. No washcloths no hand towels… Office not open when we went to check out this morning. Will not stay here again.”
