“Hotel is absolutely wonderful. Staff extremely friendly, but unsure of the EV parking policy. Free or not free. Turns out it’s a combination of the two. Hotel is quirky looking on outside, but so cool inside. Definitely worth a visit.”

“Good location and clean. Furniture and kitchen/bath supplies a little sparse. Building is old and elevator didn't work, on the 5th floor. Great to walk around New Haven and close to a bus stop.”

“Not as clean as would have expected. One dirty wine glass next to bottle of wine. Shower not cleaned. Parking listed as an amenity but then was an additional charge after property was booked. Overall disappointed. Not luxury as described. Location was fantastic though.”
