“We needed a house to stay for a few non-local crew members for a film shoot. We didn't spend much time in the house, but it was clean and organized with plenty of amenities for us. We had a little hiccup with the lockbox but the owner was responsive immediately and we solved within minutes. The internet was a little flaky in one of the rooms, just as a caution for anyone planning on doing virtual work in the house, but there was no problem with cell signal. “This is our second stay at the Zen Treehouse. I actually don't want to write this review, because I want to book this spot for every time I visit L.A.. AJ has thought of literally everything to make the stay easy and relaxing--- including the kitchen being fully stocked. What else can I say... the furniture is plush, the outdoor spots are bathed in sun, with birds chirping, and beautiful views. She was warm and responsive when I called with questions. Relax and enjoy!”

“The area has no internet or phone reception, making it difficult to check in. I believe the host should have informed us of this in advance. Parking is available on the street across from the house, so be sure to check. The house is beautiful and filled with vintage furniture, but the toilet and kitchen are connected by a sliding door. “Kerstan is the BEST host we’ve ever had! We have stayed at many VBRO properties & this was a great find. Super clean, greatly stocked kitchen, TV with streaming of all options one could want. I’m a big walker & neighborhood is very safe with lots of challenging hills. Host was very responsive to all request.”
