“Enjoyed my stay ”

“The shuttle bus driver that day (11th morning) is a racist. There were altogether two passengers on the bus (including me). The driver kindly asked another passenger at which gate he would like to alight. Then, when arrived, that passenger alighted and gave the driver tips. The driver then shouted at me: “you, get off here!” And then asked me, “any tips?” Of course in this case, I would not tip. I didn’t answer and simply alighted there as he said. And then he said, “fxxking Asian”. Hotel staff……

“It was very nice. Felt very safe. Staff was excellent and very friendly. The only thing was that they are pet friendly but you can only have one pet per/room and we weren’t informed of that. Fortunately they made an exception for us, we have two small, quiet dogs. Also, they charge $100 for their pet fee. We had been traveling for 3 weeks and stayed in, at least, a dozen differs hotels and the most we paid is $25.”

“Everything was very smooth from the shuttle service to the return to the airport. Breakfast enjoyable and staff all friendly and helpful. Room comfy and clean and bathroom had a bath and a shower.”

“We booked this hotel after a trip cancellation. We booked online from the airport, it was quick ,efficient , and free transportation with their shuttle. A hot free breakfast was also included and it was very good. Great experience after a very stressful situation at the airport!”
