“Visited May 2025. The hotel is in a fantastic location—right in the middle of everything, which made it very convenient for exploring the area. During our stay, there was major road construction happening directly outside the property. This made access a bit challenging, with uneven sidewalks and blocked walkways creating some navigation issues and dust around the entrance. The recently renovated lobby is beautiful and welcoming. However, the hallways were quite dim and could benefit from……

“It was a very bad experience to stay in L hotel. I arrived the hotel in the autumn season, but there was a black fly in the room. The staff didn't agree to change another room for me. No restaurant in a 4 star hotel. The facility was very old. The local person said they will never recommend this hotel to tourist. I don't know why they can got 4.6 for the review.”

“Good location, clean room, comfortable, excellent breakfast but only reason why I didn’t rate it as excellent is the parking not on site or very limited space and was already full when we checked in at around 5:30pm. They do really well explain how to reach the safest and closest parking but we had to walk 7 minutes to the hotel back after midnight… glad it wasn’t in winter and I wasn’t alone. Apart from that, all was wonderful!”

“We booked the room for 3 persons. When arrived, we discovered that there were only two sets of bedding, the sofa bed wasn’t ready or set. When asked for one more set, the receptionist said there wasn’t any! After chasing, she gave me at last. Her attitude was not sincere nor helpful. The check in experience was bad! This affected my stay in the hotel a lot!”
