“Pool was down, but the staff was wonderful.”

“My room was very clean and the beds comfortable. Having a fridge and microwave was great. The breakfast was ok. A piece of fruit would have been nice.”

“The hotel room had someone's sock laying on the floor closet and the top of a deordorant container laying on the floor. The hot tub was closed off so we couldn't use that. It seems a fuse blew in the breakfast area so we were unable to eat and the person at the counter, although very apologetic, was unable to fix it. There was also a lot of noises (pinging and knocking) throughout the night. The kids enjoyed the pool but when it came time to rinse off back in the room, the bathtub was not……

“Walked into a 45 degree room that took four hours to heat up, window sills and walls by shower are filthy, sign in elevator says no continental breakfast on fri/sat/sun but they had one, no garbage can in breakfast area, broken outlet cover in breakfast area, bottom safety handle in shower not attached, bathroom fan quit working, not enough signage in the bldg to find the lobby We stayed here one year ago and had none of these problems, they are letting it go downhill”

“This house is just as advertised. A large farm house with plenty of space. We loved the relaxed setting, the quaint farm house and the cows too! The house had everything we needed. It was clean and felt like home. Janis, our host, was helpful and available. ”

“Justin Trails is such a special place. My sister and I have been going for many years with our two dogs for a weekend getaway. Donna is a wonderful host and her breakfast is amazing. The miles of trails are beautiful and well maintained. Check in and out is super simple and we can’t wait to return!”

“Our room was extremely clean ans spacious. Staff was friendly. Water pressure was amazing. Price was good. Didn't like the junked vehicles in the lot and strange guy outside a room smoking and watching as we came and went. I said hello once and got no response, just weird vibes. ”
