“The suite is adorable, and I love that there is a balcony right outside the room as well as a nicely landscaped courtyard with a hot tub. The character of the old building is so welcoming and charming. I appreciate the small details like house plants, robes, and gold silverware. I wish I could stay longer! I'll be back when I need a personal retreat in the future.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this property in Springville. The space was clean and comfortable. We had 11 in our travel group and had lots of room. The location was very convenient. Close to shopping and restaurants. The kitchen was stocked with all appliances. Alyssa was very quick to communicate with and respond to questions. Will definitely stay here again.”

“Overall the place was great. The frying pans werent fully clean and little beat up. The place had a bunch of great little touchs and the beds were comfortable. The fabrics have a strong scent if that is something you need to be aware of.”

“This place would be a solid Airbnb, but it’s marketed as a bed and breakfast and the breakfast part is just alright. Food was stale, and not fresh. Not any variety either ”

“We needed a place to spend Easter and pick up our son from BYU. We were able to spend some great quality time together in this fun home before we dropped him off for basic training. It was perfect for everyone. Clean and perfectly equipped with all the things we needed to make Easter dinner and have a home away from home. David was very responsive to any questions I had. Thank you for a great stay.”

"The hotel’s floor soundproofing is terrible. The thumping sounds from people walking upstairs and next door are like thunder. I was rudely awakened before 10 a.m. by a staff member knocking on the door, wanting to come in and clean the room. The funniest part is, when I arrived at the hotel at 2 a.m. to check in, I found someone in the room I was given. Fortunately, the room had a safety lock on the inside. Of course, when I went back to get a new room, the lady in that room also went to complain."
