“The 2 bedroom apartment is clean, renovated and complete with facilities. The street is quiet and peaceful. It is a few minutes walk to Park Av with supermarket, 7 eleven, a big self-service laundry, and a very delicious yet cheap Chinese take-away. The host is friendly, helpful and respond quickly to enquiries. This is an economic alternative accommodation to reach NYC Times Square by bus, which takes about 20 minutes when off peak hours.”

“We had a great time staying here while visiting NYC. The apartment was very clean and had everything needed. We loved staying on new Jersey after busy days in Manhattan it was lovely to come back and get some food and have a stroll around the neighborhood away from the hustle and and bustle of the city. The view over the Hudson river was sensational especially at dusk and awn. Buses were regular to get to the city , never waited more than a few minutes. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Ozzie’s appartement. The three airconditioned bed rooms are great! There’s a direct bus to New York which is very convenient and usually takes between 20-40 min (depending on traffic). Ozzie recommended to walk a few minutes to the coast and enjoy the beautiful skyline of Manhattan which we did and definitely recommend as well!”

“Nice apartment to stay in, was clean and everything was there as listed. Real close to NYC and other attractions. We enjoyed our stay and we appreciate the host being 100% responsive.”

“The hosts were very prompt to communicate and answer questions and they were open to recommendations. The house listing was very accurate. We really liked that the two bedrooms are on opposite ends of the home with the living and kitchen area dividing the rooms. The neighborhood is great. So many options for delicious international foods and groceries within walking distance, 15 minutes or less. I got my hair and nails done just a couple doors away. Getting to NYC for a work conference was super……
