“This was the perfect place to stay while visiting friends in the area. I read in an older review that there was a smoke smell, but thankfully we didn’t have that issue. I would definitely stay here again! ”

“We rented the house with our our daughter, husband, and their 4 month old baby. Two of our friends also came up and there was room for everyone comfortably! The house is right on the lake and when weather permitted we spent most of our time on the dock and swimming. There was plenty of room in the kitchen and on the deck to cook and share meals together. There was a separate dining area we used for a game room. There was really no reason to leave the property, but we did venture to the Casino……

“My family stayed here during our teenage kids winter break. The property is definitely dated, and has several quirks, but the location is fantastic. Pros include: super easy ski in/out access on the Roadrunner trail, spacious condo, 3 full bathrooms, and nice TVs. Cons include: limited spots to hang wet/snowy ski clothing, worn/stained carpet, outdated decor and amenities, and stiff beds. “The house was a wonderful space for our family to get together with 7 adults and 3 kids, there was room for a few more if we had wanted! We loved the living room for game time and the connected kitchen and dining area worked well to keep everyone together at meal time. The bedrooms were well laid out and the kitchen had everything we needed to prep. We did rent a pontoon boat from Norway Marina for 3 days during our stay to tour the lake. My only comment relative to the listing……

“Easily located off Roadrunner trail, this Brookside condo was perfect to relax in, cook dinner, shower and sleep in after a day of skiing. Nothing fancy, this standard 2 bedroom condo worked for our family of 4 (2 sets of bunk beds available in the kids room). Check-in and out was handled directly and easily with the management company.”

“This is a good property. It was clean, had a well-appointed kitchen, and the location is great for enjoying anything the Lakes Region has to offer. The managers were very communicative and easy to work with. The only reason this is 4 stars is we did feel a little misled by the listing. There is definitely no hot tub at this property. “Our stay was perfect for us and our wedding party! We enjoyed all of it but especially the heated floors in the up stairs bathroom haha no more cold feet after a shower! It was so easy to communicate with our host. We are so incredibly thankful that he was willing to extend our stay a night after!”
