“The room is clean ”

“Amazing antiques & flowers all around mansion & carriage house. They are still working on completing the renovations which was good for us because we got to go thru all the rooms & see all the furnishings. When we arrived Expedia hadn't notified staff (Dave & Pete) that we were coming but we had made reservations within an hour-ish before. So, our room hadn't been cleaned. We went to dinner & came back to a clean room. We really didn't like the shower, the curtain sticks to your body no matter……

“The hotel was clean and nice. Our rooms were ready a little early. Staff was nice. I really enjoyed the lady that worked at the breakfast that was from over the river in Hamilton. She was such a great friendly worker. You should be proud of her, went out of her way above and beyond to take care of my daughter-in-law‘s baby and make coffee for her! What an excellent worker! I wish I could remember her name. I hope you know who I mean when I say she was a bubbly blonde with the accent.”

“Highly recommend...several breakfast options, enjoyed the pool area, clean, restaurants and shopping nearby. We would stay there again. We had cold air blowing on us while sleeping. We probably could have gotten up to regulate that ourselves but didn't. ”

“The manager, (Meena?) was wonderful. I came in after a funeral and she sympathized. She helped me with my cell phone settings. The next moring I fell and hit my forehead and she gave me ice and a washcloth, encouraged me to stay longer, even called me later in the day to see if I was OK. I felt very well cared for. And the place was perfect. ”

“The staff is always nice. The pool and hot tub is great! The continental breakfast is better than most!”
