“The check in went smooth and we were upgraded to a patio room for free as a courtesy to veterans. We were very thankful for the pet friendly location. We recently became a dog family and have a 5 month old pup. As newbies to the difficulty of finding pet friendly places that offer a lot o family fun, we were glad to find this. As for our room, we had a two queen room that had plenty of drawer space, closet space, and the fridge/coffee counter had plenty of shelves. This came in handy as we……

“Loved the location, was only a few minutes from Lackland AFB and showed a great deal of pride in such, specially accommodating those visiting the base. Even providing food outside of their normal breakfast times. That being said, the tile divider was falling off so would catch when you walked though, door chain/bar was broken and missing, refrigerator was missing a leg so nearly fell over any time you’d open the door. ”

“The hotel and rooms were extremely nice. The staff was always nice and accommodating. Breakfast was decent. The area directly surrounding is quiet and safe. There is a Walmart right by the hotel, which was convenient. Lackland AFB is only 15 min away. ”
