“We greatly enjoyed our stay! The atmosphere and privacy were so relaxing!! We like to stay at "non-typical" types of lodging when we are just being tourists! This place has a unique charm with alot of iconic history that we really appreciated! The host was super great, and it was easy and affordable to Uber everywhere we wanted to go!”

“This was our first time booking with Verbo instead of our usual air b&b. My husband booked our stay for Tuesday through Friday for our anniversary. Check in is at 4pm, property manager showed up at 7 to unlock the property, he kept insisting that our stay was to start on Friday. We received a mold bottle of red wine for our inconvenience. Upon entering my husband stated that it looks like a party had occurred recently, the backyard was filled with trash & clutter, we had to wait for the manager……

“Oliva was an incredibly gracious host. The huildings were well furnished and comfortable. There is some construction in the area, but nothing that affected my sleep or daily life. I plan on staying here often when im in town!! Will always recommend this place to others as well”

“Stayed for 3 days in April with our small dog. The property was spacious and clean with a full size refrigerator and the bed comfortable. The hostess Oliva was charming and willing to help with anything we needed, There is a large fenced outside area with plenty of patio furniture to relax in. The neighborhood is quiet with sidewalks on every street for walking. There is a good selection of restaurants a few minutes walk away and its about a 15 minute walk to the Riverwalk. “i loved the house itself.. Very up to date.. cute design and organized well... the street we loved on was ok but the route getting there is a bit dirty far as old buildings and raggedy houses. but overall i would rebook”
