“It was suitable for an overnight stay. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. It was a busy morning while I was there, so the breakfast area was crowded.”

“Nice little hotel right on our way home from the beach. It’s no frills for sure but it does the trick to get some sleep and let the kids swim. It was run down and dated a bit but our room and linens were clean (and I ALWAYS check for bed bugs lol) couple ice machines were broken, walked a little further down the walk and got some, no biggy. Reasonably priced restaurant is a plus. ”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The EBW Hotel. The hotel is comfortable and clean. It is situated within walking distance of a variety of eating options. We enjoyed dinner at the hotel as well. Breakfast had many good options, including breakfast meats. There is not a workout room at the hotel, but they partner with a local facility that allows access, and there are local hiking/biking options as well. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“Lovely renovated building with completely up-to-date rooms. Breakfast was excellent: cheese eggs, grits, apple cinnamon oatmeal, blueberry mini muffins, cinnamon raisin toast, bagels, yogurt with real fruit, and whole fresh fruit. Way more than you would expect at your usual hotel continental breakfast. We took a stroll around the historic grounds and sat by the New River for a bit. “This hotel is undergoing renovations but there wasn’t any construction noise while we visited. Our first room was huge and had a full sofa and two beds.. but the new AC unit was leaking water and soaked their brand new carpet. They promptly moved us to another new room, a tad smaller but still very nice. Beds were comfortable (though quite firm) and everything was super clean. Pool area and hot tub were excellently kept and spacious. Breakfast was great with a good selection before we hit the……
