“Our family is spread over the Chicagoland area and this was a very central location to Downtown and various burbs for us. Property is well kept. Minor upkeep needs did not overshadow the great layout, condition, and comfort of this home. The rooms were comfortable, and we loved both the basement rec area and the outdoor patio. The fenced in back yard was a HUGE bonus for our dogs. And above all, the owners were AMAZINGLY responsive and helpful. We will definitely seek out this property next time……

“The house itself was beautiful! The yard was perfect for relaxing, and the home was spacious, comfortable, and very clean.Unfortunately, we did run into a few issues during our stay. The king bed in the master bedroom was broken and could not be used. A maintenance person showed up after hours without any prior notice or communication from the host, which made us uncomfortable letting them in. We decided to forgo use of the main bedroom rather than allow an unannounced visitor. In addition,……

“It's hard get all this for this price. It's not that quiet like other reviews said unless you get up early in the morning. Heating works perfect, it is a bit warmer on the top floor and cooler in the kitchen but nothing to worry about. Parking on the front, walking distance to the grocery stores. 5 stars from me and will come back again.”
