“Everything from check in, check out, communication and amenities was excellent during our stay. Laurie and her husband Pat were amazing property managers. It snowed while we were staying and Pat plowed the driveways and salted the walkways. We forgot a few items and Laurie was kind enough to mail them back to us. I can’t say enough about our wonderful trip. We’ll definitely try to stay here again. ”

“If you are looking for a place in the Albany area for a group of friends / family, this is it. The host was incredibly responsive and really opened his house for us. Plenty of room to relax, hang out, play pool, etc. The kitchen has everything you can think of, and the bathrooms are like what you would experience at a high end hotel. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate for us, so we were not really able to use the outside much. That said, it has a great set up as the pictures……

It had everything we needed (beach towels, linens) and more (martini glasses, well-equipped kitchen)! The quality of everything was spectacular. Strangely enough there is no microwaves but that didn't effect us at all because we had a professional cook with our group. There was nothing we needed in the home that we had to go get. “Everything was clean and welcoming for our arrival. Our host was friendly and helpful. The rooms were well equipped and comfortable and the grounds are beautiful.We appreciated the chocolate and granola bars after a long day of travel. It was a very nice touch. This was our second time staying here.”

“Booked this for my bachelorette party as a getaway retreat style vacation for myself and 5 friends. The gathering spaces were perfect and the pool and hot tub were so nice to have. Beautiful view out the back door and even watch a doe and lamb hang out multiple days. It was very relaxing to be here. Please note that getting Ubers and taxis are challenging in this area if you plan to go to Hudson or other locations, we somehow did it, but it wasn’t easy! Otherwise, it’s a great place to gather……

“We rented this house over Thanksgiving 2022 for a large group (8 adults & 4 teenagers). We also cooked TG dinner at the house. The hosts are exceptionally nice and accommodating. The house itself is huge. There are multiple smaller lounging rooms for a large group to relax in. The living room and kitchen have spectacular view over a lake with the Catskills too. The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking essentials and has a large dining table that fit 12. We loved the house and had a great……
