"Hotel is blessed with amazing infrastructure (the lift is a highlight!) and it's gorgeous; however, it is dated. Service at the front desk, concierge, and bell desk is superb - definitely 5*, but staff in restaurants, pool, bar were on the opposite. Often forgot orders, took a long time to arrive, or got the order/bill wrong. Real shame about that because the hotel itself has so much potential to offer, and in a perfect location. The garden can also do with some priming too..."

"We enjoy the unlimited buffet brunch provided by the hotel. Food quality and quantity are both above average.
Parking at hotel is not a big issue, although it’s free to park on the streets around the hotel, but it took us a while to find a parking space.
And the gym in the hotel on the ground floor is very simple, not much equipment can be used although the space is big."
