For instance the toilet paper holder needs fixing, along with the toilet flushing handle, the dresser drawers don't work well, the curtain rod is not very secure, the bathtub has seen better days, and the bathroom faucet needs replacing. “The room was great! However our check in experience was terrible. The front desk staff was very rude and unprofessional. We arrived at the property in the late evening due to the tsunami warning. The front desk staff told us the elevators were turned off due to the tsunami warning so that meant my family and I would have to access our room via the stairway. When I informed them that was unacceptable (because that meant hiking 38 floors with 4 suitcases), the front desk staff very rudely……
