“My boyfriend and I travelled from the US for our first time ever to Iceland. The cabin was super comfortable and the location was perfect for enjoying a lot of the golden circle. The projector movie screen was our favorite after long days of hiking and driving. Would definitely stay here again if we ever return to Iceland! “My husband and I came to Iceland with my parents for a family vacation. We rented Fensalir cabin for 4 nights and it was the perfect spot for us to have our own space while also spending quality time together. The house was very clean, the views were incredible, and the sauna and hot tub were an added bonus. We saw the northern lights one night when the skies were clear! We all said we would absolutely recommend Fensalir cabin to friends and family who plan to travel to Iceland in the future! ”

“What a gem! We loved staying here during our spring Iceland trip. The cabin was clean, had everything we needed, and wonderful check in instructions and information. We had no issues finding the property with our phone GPS. We felt safe everywhere in ICELAND but this was located in a gated community. “The cabin lives up to its name as it is very cozy and the views are spectacular. We had northern light shows both nights we stayed there and loved the sauna to warm up after a cold day on the glacier not too far from the cabin. The owner communicated very well and check in and out was very easy. We loved that the cabin is off the beaten path but also a 20 minute drive to restaurants and shops in Borgarnes. We would definitely stay here when we visit Iceland again. ”
