“Overall this apartment is good. If it has an oven is perfect because I prefer there have an oven for cooking. Eventually, I only had a microwave to make it. ”

“- no staff in the reception and lobby at all, but it is not an auto self-service hotel - did not receive any e-mails about how to do the self-check in and the password to enter the building - has a restaurant but no staff to cook - bed linen was dirty, stick with hairs and not comfortable - location is not good, very few restaurants and no supermarkets/convenient stores nearby”

“Very cute place. I would def stay here again. There was some construction early in the morning but other than that no issues. There was a grocery store next door with was helpful. Stores were in working distance. My only complaint would be a general thing in Iceland which was parking was hard to find during the day and it was $15 every 3 hours. ”

“Apartment比較新，所以設施比較乾淨整齊，但關於洗衣機需要用鎖匙沒有通知提示，又聯絡不上，最後朋友打電話才找到去洗衣房的鎖匙。希望以後能夠仔細寫在電郵內。”

“我們訂了B14，莫名其妙把我們改到分館，email也沒有提到被改地方，連結的gps還是本館，email給了我們一個access code,打開竟然是別人的房間，好心人幫我們打電話才知道我們被改地方，結果我們找了好久才找到分館，到了樓下還是不得其門而入，又再次聯絡才進去，我們訂的是一張雙人床跟一張單人床，說好聽幫我們升等，結果變成一張雙人床跟一張沙發床，提供免費早餐竟然只是一些玉米片，連洗髮精也是隨隨便便的幾瓶放在浴室，半夜吵得不能睡覺，杯子裡面也是髒的，這是有史以來最不愉快的住宿經驗，就是一場惡夢”

“The apartment is clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The parking instruction was a bit confusing, but we managed to find spot for two nights. The free parking around the premise is not guaranteed, unless you arrive earlier. ”

“We stayed for one night and it did what we wanted it too, the room was lovely modern deco, night for one or two nights in Iceland. Location is ok there’s some places to go a short walk away”

“下午入住三樓第十五號房，面臨街道的大窗。 一張大雙人床，還有一張雙人和單人沙發床可以拉出來睡。 簡單的廚房用品：鍋具、炒匙、刀具、開罐器、微波爐、電熱水壺、烤麵包機、油、鹽、清潔劑、....等，但是瀝水籃有點髒，砧板也有點味道。 因為沒有抽油煙機，所以想自己煮的話，比較合適做水煮的料理。 由於一樓是餐廳，有時候覺得走廊和房間有一些油煙味。 飯店位在商業大街上，附近有超市、便利商店，不想自己煮的話兩邊都有餐廳或酒吧。總之生活機能方便。 距離pick up bus車站no.10只有五分鐘的距離，想安排跟團旅遊也很方便集合搭車。 ”

“Great location! Very clean. Manager patient and helpful. Hide a bed was very uncomfortable and the WiFi wasn’t working so therefore no T V either.”
