“If you book here, you will receive check in instructions via email - which likely will go to your spam, so check there! I didn't and ended up disturbing a lovely woman and her very cute dog around 9pm because we didn't know how to check in. When we got into the cabin, we were happy with it and it was comfortable. My only recommendation is to have a shade on the bathroom window because the decorative curtain didn't necessarily give enough privacy for me. I would definitely recommend this……

“We were greeted at the gate by the sheep and they led us to our cabin. So much fun. The hike to the gorge was amazing. We also got to play fetch with the farm dogs. The cabin was comfortable and clean. The hosts are extremely kind.”

“We had the best 5 nights at Versalir, perfect location for adventuring around the southern part of the island - essentially an hour drive to everything you could want. The cabin is SO warm and welcoming and hosts friendly and helpful. The pictures on the listing are a little outdated - the shower room has been modernised for example, but if anything it is better than shown. Can’t wait to return!”

“Mooi en nieuw chalet. Was brandschoon en aangenaam warm. Uitzicht is prachtig, zeker tijdens het ochtendgloren. We zaten in 10A. Hottub was koud bij aankomst en pas op temperatuur aan het einde van de avond. We hadden ook geen warm water. De volgende ochtend was alles warm. ”

“This place had enough space for my husband and I and is conveniently located off the Ring Road and 208, which gives access to F208 and F210, among others. The views from the porch are beautiful and we experienced a wide range of weather during our short stay. We would certainly stay here again.”

“Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt. Ruhig, mitten in der Natur. In ca. 15-20 Minuten ist man in Selfoss und auch die Ausgangslage zum golden Circle oder bis Vik ist sehr gut. Auf der grossen Terrasse gibt es einen Whirlpool. Der Blick auf den Fluss ist einmalig. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet und gemütlich. Die Küche bietet alles, was man braucht. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr schön. Die Einrichtung ist persönlich gehalten, mit Fotos und alten Gegenständen, welche die Geschichte der Familie widerspiegeln.……
