“This is a delightful property with a lovely host. It isn’t anything flash but if you’re looking for quaint and original then this is perfect. It is an older house so has the creaky floor boards and matching decor. Bathroom is clean and newer. Slices were provided on arrival and a beautiful English breakfast included the next morning. Was able to go for walk down to the nearby lake and take in the surrounding beauty. Would be a great place to base yourself for exploring the lakes district……
