“It was ok i just wish that these hotel stop saying free breakfast or they be specific when they say breakfast alot of times customers patronize business due to what extas they come with. I personally did I thought I was gonna get real good food it was dry cereal, dry bagels, dry muffins and oh you got to make your own dry waffles no eggs no meats nothn with moisture for your throat everything made your mouth dry and to not have any liquid to wash it down. It was horrible to say the least smh...……

“The room was for the most part clean. There was a wrapper from little kids snacks behind the bed and a few crumbs. But, everything else looked clean. The website doesn’t say anything about the pool being renovated, my kids were planning to swim, so that was a let down. Otherwise everyone was nice for the most part, and we didn’t have any trouble during our stay. ”

“I didn't want to stay in a big hotel, so I chose the Inn. I am not disappointed! The Inn is charming and has so much character! The Damon room has a beautiful view of the street. It was comfortable and quiet! I didn't have to hear doors slamming and elevators dinging. Craig gave me all the info that I needed. I will definitely stay here again the next time I head to Cleveland!”
