“My husband and I were finally able to take our youngest kids (18 & 21 years old) to see the D.C. area along with Gettysburg. The place is literally on the corner of 2 major roads in town. I was a bit surprised how near the traffic was. It could be noisy at times but did not bother us too much. It may bother others who are light sleepers. “The apartment is spotlessly clean and pleasantly decorated. There are extra towels and blankets. The surroundings are beautifully rural and quiet. However, the paper thin walls separating the two apartments make it not so quiet inside. The master bedroom is excellent - quiet and comfortable.
