“Our hosts did a great job of making the space comfortable and efficient ! I was well stocked with needed tools, breakfast needs, including coffee pot, and microwave.(I brought homemade granola and some yogurt).The gardens were lovely, it was close to family, the host was great and we would return, again!”

“Our reservation was cancelled because the owner never provided check in instructions, never responded to messages or phone calls. Drove almost to the house when VRBO office staff was able to help us. We were stranded! Definitely not a reputable owner!!! Stay clear of this property!”

“My husband and I only stopped at Patty's Place for an overnight stay but we found it and Market St in Frederick very charming. We loved a quick refreshment at Brewery Alley then an excellent dinner at Isabella's. Lou Lou is a shop not to be missed. Even in the extreme heat, Patty's Place was cool and comfortable. Next time we'll make it a point to book 2 nights. Jill and Steve”
