“We enjoyed our stay in this cozy historic cottage. My husband and I will stay here again!Very clean .Safe neighborhood. Walked to downtown Frederick. Great coffee/ restaurant right around the corner. It was close to the street but I had no problem sleeping. Bed was very comfortable Great parking behind the home. Host was very helpful and accomodating. ”

“Furniture was a little shabby. The bed was comfortable, but sheets didn’t fit well, slipped around quite a bit, and pillows were not comfortable. Location was very good and close to restaurants and shopping. We asked for a folding table and property manager brought us one right away and helped with the TV. ”

The listing was completely incorrect (there actually is a bedroom); the address was totally wrong; counters were filthy (not even wiped) and the place lacked any kitchen towels, paper towels, potholders, cups, mugs, or hangers in the closets. The couch is uncomfortable (completely sprung), and there was no booklet with information such as wifi codes, house rules, etc. Also, there is a fitness center, but no key or access……
