“Staff didn't welcome me when I came in and I was the only one customer present. I waited around 5 mins to let him finished his stuff, then just gave me the room card, I had to ask "which floor and where's the elevator?". The room door was VERY noisy, especially in the very early morning. Couldn't sleep well because of the noise. The room was clean and new, but breakfast just okay. I booked 4 hotels from Expedia, this is the only one couldn't issue the receipt for me. Asked me to request……

“This is the fourth home of this type we have stayed at in the northwest Denver area and was the best by far. We had a great stay here with our 2 dogs. Unlike many other properties, there is lots of grass in the yard, so no mud. The home itself was very clean and everything just worked. No signs of mold/mildew/water damage. Live plants! We would definitely stay here again!”

This did not effect our stay- (there was plenty of rooms and beds), but the futon count was less than advertised. The location on a cul de sac was excellent and the activities close to the property made the excursions super easy!! Would recommend wholeheartedly!”
