“Great home with everything you need for an awesome stay. ”

“Property owner was wonderful with our check in. Opened the doors and it was simple, clean and bright. It’s a relatively small house but slept 8 comfortably. (Three bedrooms and a pull out sofa.) Appliances are new and house is bright with a nice patio area. I wish the house had a keurig, a toaster and a full length mirror to check outfits. Also minimal towels so bring your own if you want more. There was a spring poking out of the sofa bed but you can work around that. The showers were fantastic……

“Check in was a breeze, communication with property manager was flawless, and kitchen facilities were used with no problems. The neighbor Calvin gave us great tips and suggestions for our first time in the city. Parking every time was right out front, on street. Comfy and cozy home away from home. We look forward to returning for our stay in the future. Highly recommend this location/property to friends and family. Thank you again!”

Some windows were open, rain was coming in. House temp was 56. Contacted the PM right away and they explained that there had been trash left in the house and it did not smell pleasant - that's great, thanks for airing it……

“Loved the convenience to a beach and Boston. Twin beds in one of the rooms or a pull out couch would have been better for our family of 5. Glad to have a parking spot but it felt a little far away. The condo was clean and well equipped for our needs. Two tvs made it fun for the kids and parents to split up while relaxing. Loved the balcony too. The communication with the property manager was great and we appreciated being able to drop off luggage at 3; would have loved an earlier check in.……
